Where are you located?
Fashion Island Skin Care is located above the Edwards Cinema inside Body Design Studio on the 3rd floor.
Do you require a deposit to book?
Yes. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We kindly ask for:
• 24 hours’ notice to reschedule
• 48 hours’ notice to cancel
Appointments canceled outside of these timeframes may result in the deposit being forfeited.
What happens if I arrive late to my appointment?
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the next scheduled appointment. Full service pricing still applies.
How do I choose the right facial for my skin?
All services are fully customized based on your skin type, concerns, and goals. If you’re unsure which facial to book, the Signature Facial is a great place to start.
How should I prepare for my facial appointment?
For best results, avoid retinol, exfoliants, and active treatments for 3–5 days prior to your appointment. Arriving with clean skin is recommended but not required.
Can I add enhancements to my facial?
Yes. Facial enhancements such as LED light therapy, peels, hydro jelly masks, and microdermabrasion can be added to most services to further customize your treatment.
Can add-ons (enhancements) be booked online?
Add-ons can be selected during booking or added at your appointment based on your skin’s needs that day.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Any remaining balance is due at the time of service.
